A letter was read from the City Clerk in regards to Mrs. Louis
Minton1s home which was destroyed by fire. The Chairman stated

her house.
At this time the board members went through some of the defini-

IIgaragell - This can be found on page 7 of the Ordinance, and as
far as the board can see there can be no change to this.

done.
This went into the discussion of the letter in regards to
Mrs. Minton1s home. Mr. Brittingham stated that she could
rebuild a house in a 'industr.ia1 district, however if she
had a business in the middle of what is now a residential
district and it burns down she could not replace it, but
you can upgrade a district.
Mr. Wolfe stated that a person who builds a home in commercial
or industrial are just taking it upon themselves and they could
not complain if a factory or whatever went up next door to them.
Mrs. Murphy asked Mr. Wolfe if a person has a home built and
the City rezones the area industrial and that home burns down,
