There was much discussion about fruit and vegetables being sold
from the back of a truck on the property of Clark's Laundry.
The board members feel that this is a safety hazard in the first
place, and they questioned whether this man has a license to do
this selling. The clerk was asked to find out from the City
Clerk whether a license was taken out, etc.
Mr. Wolfe read a memorandum from the Mayor and Councilmen in
regard to the manufacturing of jewelry and fabrication busi-
nesses. There was much discussion about this. The clerk was
asked to find out from the City Clerk what type of jewelry is
being made and where at. Also they would like some informa-
tion about the cabinet shops.
Mr. Wolfe read a memorandum from the City Manager asking for
a review of the Ordinance concerning fences.
The board members went over the zoning regulations (page 113
of the Zoning Ordinance), There was some confusion as to what
the section concerning corner lots meant. The board feels
that on a corner lot a four (4) foot fence would be all right

drew an example on the memorandum to be given to the City
