CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Siciliano called to order the regular meeting of the
Industrial Development Board on September 3, 1981.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Duby made a motion to accept the minutes of the Aug-
ust 6, 1981 meeting. Mrs. Massey seconded the motion.
Motion Carried 7-0.
OLD BUSINESS
There was a discussion concerning the Financial Disclosures.
It was decided that Mr. Siciliano would speak to the
City Attorney concerning whether or not the members of this
advisory board should be required to fill one out.
Mr. Siciliano introduced the flow chart and asked if there
were any volunteers for the public relations spot. He.said
he would help anyone who wanted to accept the position. There
was quite a discussion concerning what Public Relations in-
volved.
There was a discussion concerning the FEC Railroad. Mr.
Siciliano e~plained that the city requested certain things
be done concerning the development of FEC. He stated
that the Railroad came in with sketch plans but he thought
that the city requested too much. Mr. Siciliano had a
call from the Railroad and they said they were ready to come
in any time but there were a few things they did not
agree with. There is to be a meeting during the month of
~ept._ and he thought the City and the Railroad could come
to an agreement. There was a discussioD on the 80 foot
right of way the city wants. ~here was also a discussion

concerning the location of the PID land and who owned
the surrounding land.
Advertising was discussed. Mrs. Massey suggested writing
and finding out how.much an ad in the Washington News
would cost. Mr. Zigmund suggested Industrial magazine ads.
It was decided to compose a good standard letter and send
it out to selected companies, stating the benefits of
being in this area.
Mr. Siciliano .stated he wanted a letter to go to the
Planning &. Zoning Board requesting all commercial site
plans to be sent to the Industrial Development Board.
He requested zoning maps and copies of the Profile
of the Greater Edgewater Area for Board Members.
Mr. Gnau made a motion to adjourn the meeting,Mr. Molster
seconded it. The meeting was adjourned.
