INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD
CALL TO ORDER
Acting Chairman, Edmund Duby called to order the regular
meeting of the Industrial Board on April 2, 1981 at 7:11
PM.

APPROVAL OF MUNUTES
Mrs. Massey moved that the minutes be accepted as read.
Mr. Ott seconded. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Breuilly made a motion that the letter of resignation

It was decided that a letter of appreciation be sent to
Mr. Brogan.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Breuilly asked that Mr. Duby,as acting chairman, brief
the new members of the Board of their duties. Mr. Duby
explained that Mr. Siciliano spent many hours working on
Board projects and at this time the Board is actually at
a stand still.
Mr. Ott read from Resolution Number 81-R-19 concerning the'
duties of the Board~ Mrs. Massey expl~ined the purpose
of the Industrial Board. She also explained the past
projects of the Board.
There was a discussion on brochuresi!and advertisment. Mrs.
Massey said there would be more information f6~ discussion
at the next meeting.
~It was stated that all Board members had received a packet
from the New Smyrna Beach Industrial Board.
There was a discussion concerning the ways to advertise for
Industry.
There was no new business.

There was a discussion concerning the members of the
new Zoning & Planning Board and the Code Enforcement
Board.
There was a discussion concerning the FEC property.
Mrs. Massey said we may possibly have maps of the land
for the next meeting.
It was asked if we have, from the Zoning and Planning
Board, a program for development in this area and other
areas in the community. There was a discussion at this
time concerning the industrial land in Edgewater and
the zoning of it.
ADJOURN
Mr. Breuilly made a motion to adjour.n the meeting and
Mrs. Massey seconded the motion. The meeting was ad-
journed.
