This concerns the zoning of the F.E.C. land. He submitted the letter to the Zoning Board April 1, 1980, and they decided that they would hold a Workshop on April 16, 1980 at 1:00 P.M. Mr. Siciliano said that he would like to see a portion of the land zoned conservation so that it would be left natural and no one could build there. Mrs. Massey felt that the roads should be thoroughfares. She said that they could restrict truck traffic. Mr. Siciliano said that after the F.E.C. land was zoned, they would have to submit site plans for approval. He then passed out a letter from Mr. John Gross for the Board to read. He spoke to the Board about an Industrial Business that is interested in coming into the area and will need 30 acres of land close to the railroad line for shipping. He also asked Mrs. Massey to get the normal assessed value of taxes on raw industrial land.
