Mr. Siciliano stated that the reason the Industrial Board called this meeting
was to discuss the F.E.C. property. We would like to have some imput from
the Planning and Zoning Baords as they are the ones that will do the final
recommendation and the Council will approve them. Mr. Siciliano gave some
background information on this and stated that this land was landlocked and
we needed to get access onto it. He stated that Mr. Corbett would like to
have all of this property zoned Industrial. He passed out some maps for
the Boards to look at and discuss.
Mr. Nolan asked Mr. Siciliano what the actual proposal was from the Industrial
Board on the zoning.
Mr. Siciliano said that map #1 was the proposal made by the Industrial Board.
There was a great deal of discussion on this matter and the types of
Industrial zones.
Mr. Siciliano read the permitted uses in 1~3, which is Industrial Park. He
also stated that the railroad wanted the area zoned for heavy Industry.
Mr. John Gross disrupted the meeting at this time and demanded that Mrs.
Massey show her property.
The Board members felt that this was not necessary, that it did not matter

where her property was and it was really no ones business.
Mr. Siciliano asked Mrs. Massey to show her property, just to clear the air.
Mrs. Massey showed her property on the map, she pointed.~t0.Mango tree Drive
and the proposed extension of Mango Tree and stated that neither touched her
property. She also stated that she already has her own roads and culvert and
the proposed road will have no effect on her property.
The City Planner suggested that a representative from F.E.C. come to
Edgewater, and make their presentation to the Boards.
Mr. Engle made a motion to approve the City Planner's recommendation. Mr.
Cochran seconded the motion.
All the Boards favored this motion.
Mr. Opal made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Wheeler seconded the motion.
Meeting adjourned.
