Land Use Compatibility: The proposed subdivision is compatible with the residential uses to the east, north, and south. Commercial properties with US Highway 1 frontage are located to the west of this site. Adequate Public Facilities: This site has access to Canal Drive. City water is available; sewer is available via lift station installation and a tie into the force main. Natural Environment: Soil types for this parcel is Orsino Fine Sand, 0-5% Slope.
