City Clerk Reports We have been requested to advertise in two pub1 ications (see attached). We have had advertisements in both of these pub1 i- cations before. This would come out of Counci1's promotional funds. I want to confirm that all Council members and their spouses will be attending the Vo1usia League of Municipal ities dinner meeting on Thursday, June 23, 1983. 5.H. Industrial Development Board - Request to Attend FID Workshop The Industrial Development Board was budgeted $2,500. and they have only spent $65. of this amount. 6.A. Ms. Carmela Tripodi Mr. Earl Copeland was made aware of this request and will check it out. 6.B. Mr. John Stearns re: Video Games Mr. Stearns appeared before the Zoning Commission on May 9, 1983. Please see attached minutes from that meeting. 9.B. Appointments (2) to Parks and Recreation Board The appointment to replace Mr. Tom Wyatt would be for a term to expire May 17, 1984. The appointment to replace Ed Bidau1t would be for a term to expire May 7, 1985. 9.C. Appointment to Building Code Board An appointment to the Building Code Board to replace Mr. Ron Austin would be for a term to expire February 16, 1986. ,
