Most items on this agenda have back-up materials or are self-explanatory.
Regarding Item 6.B., Petition to Close or Vacate Alley between Hibiscus
and India Palm, there are some businesses that have back entrances/exits
off that alley. If Council considers any vacation or closing, this needs
to be checked very carefully so we aren't depriving existing businesses
of their back entrances/exits.
