6.C. City Clerk Reports
I want to call your attention to the attached information on ;:the
proposed House Bill relating to Uniform Municipal Election Dates.
6.F. Planning Commission - Zero Lot Lines Recommendation -
Previously the recommendation has been made to Council to make
some minor changes in Section 718.00. See attached. This is a
new request from the Planning Commission.
9.A. Citizen Code Enforcement Board Vacancies
The appointments of Charles Hamel and Phillip Williams for three-
year terms expire May 18, 1983. The appointment of Mercedes
Hoffman as an alternate member for a one-year term also expires
May 18, 1983. If appointments are not made, it would leave this
Board with only four members.
9.B. Parks and Recreation Board Vacancy
The one-year appointment of Kirk Jones expires May 17, 1983.
PLEASE NOTE:
Mr. J. C. Carder is requesting.a workshop with Council and the City
Engineers regarding Pelican Cove West. We can set this up for Thursday,
May 19,1983, at 1:00 P.M. if this is agreeable to Council.
