AGENDA SUMMARY
2. Public Hearing - This is for the second and final reading of
Ordinance 82-0-32, ref. change in order of business for Agenda,
specifically Miscellaneous. Copies were given to Council at-
the December 20, 1982 meeting. First reading passed 5-0.
3. Council votes on 82-0-32.
6. Council/officers reports. Due to the holidays we do not have
all Department Head reports. The reports will be passed out to
Council as they are received.
7. Proposed Annexation. Mr. Clark has been advised this subject
is on Agenda for discussion. He shou1d'b~ present to answer
questions.
9. Unfinished Business.
A. Paving - Council agreed on December 20th to make a decision
on the paving. Information has been received from Briley Wild
and this was discussed at Workshop on 12/30/82 - change order
requests have been submitted to the City by Martin Paving.
B. We presently have two boards without a quorum (Parks and
Recreation and Zoning). Please note letter from the Chairman
of the Board of Adjustments.
C. Attac~ed are letters from the Superintendent of Public
Utilities and the Finance Director for transfer of funds
for litigation costs. A motion to authorize transfer is
all that is needed. This is below 25% of Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds and does not require any other action.
