City of Edgewater Dear Mr. McMahon: Please accept this letter as confirmation of our meeting on July 1, 1994, wherein Attorney Ken McIntosh and I agreed to provide legal representation to the City of Edgewater in the above - referenced lawsuit at an hourly rate of $125.00. We will send all bills incurred in this lawsuit directly to the City for payment. We will send the City monthly bills for attorneys fees. Additionally, we agreed that Attorney Krista Storey would be the City staff member in charge of managing the litigation and coordinating the defense of this lawsuit.
