To All Members of the City Council:
Notice is hereby given that a private meeting of the City Council for the City
of Edgewater, Florida, will be held on the 18th day of August, 1997, at 6:15 p.m.
in the City Hall conference room, in accordance with Section 286.011 (8), Florida
Statutes, for the purpose of discussing with the City's Attorney pending litigation
to which the City is presently a party: Edward Keenan, et al vs. City of Edgewater,
Case No. 95-32725-CICI.
Those persons who will be attending the private session shall be limited to: Mayor
Jack H. Hayman, Sr., Councilman Danny K. Hatfield, Councilwoman Louise A.
Martin, Councilman Mike Hays, Councilman David L. Mitchum, City Manager
George E. McMahon and City Attorney Krista A. Storey.
