Florida. The City does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction thereof and hereby
consents that the same shall be discharged and satisfied of record.

September 10,2009, (Code Enforcement Case # 2009-CE-7014) the City of Edgewater Citizen Code
Enforcement Board ordered and requested that the City of Edgewater furnished the labor, material and
equipment necessary to clear the following described real propel1y located in V olusia County, Florida:

PO 1095 per OR 5537, PO 1355 (Property location: 2329 Sabal Palm Drive) (Parcel #:

City hereby claims a lien in the amount of four hundred thirty-seven dollars and 50/1 00 ($437.50) plus
interest in the amount of six (6) percent per annum from the date the bill for services was rendered, filing
fees, and any other costs incurred by the City.

Board (the "Board") on September 10. 2009. after due notice of noncompliance to the
Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, r,rceived evidence and
heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner 0 being 'f\. not being present,
thereupon finds as follows:

the violation is not corrected by the property owner by September 11. 2009
