a citation fee of Seventy-five and No cents 00/1 00 dollars ($ 75.00) and a fine

Board (the "Board") on November 12. 2009. after due notice of noncompliance to the
Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and
heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner 0 being 0 not being present,
thereupon finds as follows:

1. Approve the cutting of the grass by City staff for the above stated property if
the violation is not corrected by the property owner by November 13.2009
and for a lien to be placed on the property.
