Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. You, Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas Trust. will pay to the City of Edgewater, Florida, a fine of Seventy Five and No cents 00/1 00 dollars ($75.00). an additional fine Fifty and No cents 00/1 00 dollars ($50.00) per day for each day the violation exists past August 13. 2010 and for a lien to be placed on the property if not satisfied by August 18. 2010. 2.
