Planning Department

Environmental Services
1. The backflow prevention device for this project needs to be a reduced backflow prevention
device located downstream of the water meter but prior to any branch connection. A list
of approved backflow prevention devices is available from the Department of
Environmental Services Administration Office at 115 East Park Avenue.

2. The Department of Environmental Services must be notified at least 48 hours in advance
of the proposed sewer line tie -in to the manhole on Eaton Road.

3. A swale along Coquina Drive and Edgewater Drive will need to be constructed in
conjunction with this project to capture the water from the road. In addition, depending
on the elevations, a culvert pipe under the driveways may be necessary to convey the
water towards US 1.

4. Indicate if sidewalks are to be provided. If so, design to accommodate the stormwater
from the road and the sidewalk will be necessary and the sidewalk should be shown on the
plans.

Engineer (Quentin L. Hampton Associates)
1. Dumpster /enclosure per Section 21-34.08 should be provided and City's Standard Detail
included on plans.

6. No more than ten spaces in a row should occur without a ten -foot (10') minimum
landscaped area in between in accordance with Section 21-54.03 W.
