Planning Department
1. Indicate types of pine trees as well as total number of calipers proposed to be
removed.

1. Utility Note #16 — The City of Edgewater requires SDR 26 for sewer pipe.

3. Please add a note on the plans stating the construction contractor shall
supply sufficient dumpsters or containers to properly control solid waste
during construction.

4. Poultry mesh is not allowed as a substitute for fence fabric for the silt fence.

5. The outfall from the pond was installed many years ago as a proposed second
phase of the apartment complex. Because of the uncertainty of the integrity
of the pipe and proper elevations, this exfiltration system should be removed
and replaced.
This item along with item #6 will be discussed further once the existing pipe along
West Marion Ave) has been located
6. There is not currently a "City storm system" on West Marion to tie the
stormwater system into. There is a proposed system under design by B &H
Consultants. This system has yet to be permitted and could take up to three
years for completion.

1. There is no owners name listed on the application. Provide proof that who
executed has the authority for CFP Land Holdings, LLC.

1. The plans should include a note stating "All construction shall be in
conformance with the City of Edgewater Land Development Code and
Standard Construction Details, Latest Version, unless otherwise specifically
approved ".
