IN ATTENDANCE:
Planning Department
1. Wheelstops are not permitted per Section 21

2. All landscaped areas shall be curbed per Section 21-54.03(b).

Variance hearing regarding this issue is scheduled for May 9, 2007
4. Trees shall be planted at 21/2" caliper at 6" above the ground per Section 21-
55.02(b).

6. Clarify if a live oak is proposed along the eastern property line not the
proposed new driveway. If so, this will raise the live oak count to six.

7. All tree plantings shall be replaced if they die within two (2) years per
Section 21-55.03(d). Revise note #22 of the landscape plan.

1. Comments will be provided at the Technical Review Committee meeting
scheduled for May 8, 2007 at 2 :00 PM.

Environmental Services
1. On Page 1 of the dimension plan under General Notes — the Water /Sewer
Service provider is the City of Edgewater, not the City of Daytona Beach.

2. On Page 2 of the dimension plan, the irrigation meter will be connected to the
reclaimed water system.

3. The nearest fire hydrant is located on the southeast corner of SR 442 and
Orange Tree Drive.

Engineer (Quentin L. Hampton Associates)
1. The plans should include a note stating "All construction shall be in
conformance with the City of Edgewater Land Development Code and
Standard Construction Details, Latest Edition, unless specifically approved."

2. All disturbed pervious areas should be sodded and pertinent notes added to
plans.

3. Since this is an existing building, it is assumed that Utilities are in
compliance with City Standards.

4. Although the proposed driveway does not comply with minimum distance to
the intersection with SR 442 per Section 21-52.02 (c), it seems to be an
adequate alternative has been provided considering that this is an existing
building and the preservation of trees in the subject parcel.

Fire Department
1. The required fire flow for this project is 1500 gallons per minute.

Legal Department
1. The O &E does not have exhibits (items listed under encumbrances,
judgments & liens of record) attached.
All legal department issues have been addressed
Once the above mentioned is clarified, the Legal Department would approve
pursuant to the following:
1. no encroachments into any setback/easement areas;
2. if there is a mortgage holder, mortgage holder will need to execute joiner or
letter of authorization if property is encumbered;
3. compliance with all City, County, State and Federal requirements, including
the City of Edgewater's Code of Ordinances and Land Development Code.

meant to be inclusive of all errors or omissions. The engineer of record is solely responsible
for technical accuracy, engineering judgment, and quality of work.
