OK OK • Per Section 21- 54.03(b) Landscaped area shall be protected from vehicular encroachment with effective curbs. BUILDING DEPARTMENT • The proposed type IV unprotected and unsprinkled building will be classified as Storage Occupancy (low Hazard) per the Florida Building Code. Table 500 allows the 10, 306 square foot size. The location to adjoining buildings and the property line is also allowed by Table 600. OK OK Construction drawings must include the engineered building plans and the foundation drawings to meet the new Florida Building Code. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES WATER N/A N/A WASTEWATER STORMWATER Being reviewed by Hans Wolfer, Hans to ensure the stormwater pond sizing is sufficient to meet additional need of addition. Owner will retain maintenance of onsite stormwater system FIRE DEPARTMENT • The required fire flow for this project is 2000 gallons per minute. We will need to discuss the overall fire flow of this entire site due to additions and growths. JILL WILL WORK WITH STEVE TO DETERMINE OPTIONS LEGAL DEPARTMENT • No comments CITY ENGINEER STEVE WILL DISCUSS WITH HANS DIRECTLY. • More detail is needed on the MES drawing. • The skimmer detail should show all lumber to be pressure- treated and fasteners to be '/2" stainless steel log bolts, 4" long, 24 required. (2" x 12" lumber is 11' /z" in width, not 12" as shown). • Provide note on plans: Water Retention Areas shall remain as shown unless any changes are approved by the City Engineer. • Indicate on the plans the location of the weir and skimmer. • Need specifications shown on the rip -rap. • Need computations on the 12" PVC pipe sizes. 12' size appears to be inadequate. Written response to these comments are required with submittal of seven (7) sets of revised Site Plans.
