All new development must sod all disturbed areas of the lot prior to the time the Certificate of Occupancy is issued. Please note on landscape plans. 2. Specimen tree removal must be indicated and a permit obtained. OK VEHICLE/PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION 3. Sidewalks are required (21- 52.04). (May pay into the City's Pedestrian System Development Fund). Will pay into the fund. 4. Fifteen -foot radii are required for parking space #6 (21- 57.02). OK as is. 5. Per Section 21- 57.04, the applicant should consider joint use driveway for access to both properties. Applicant does not wish to utilize joint use driveway. BUILDING DEPARTMENT Construction drawings shall comply with all Florida Building Code 2001 with 2003 revisions for 120 mph wind speed within the impact debris region. LEGAL DEPARTMENT The developer shall meet all Federal, State and City statutory requirements and maintain compliance with the City Code of Ordinances along with the Land Development to proceed with their project. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT None at this time. CITY ENGINEEER - QHA, INC — DAVID KING STORMWATER 1. Driveway culvert material shall be Class III reinforced concrete per City Standard Detail, ST -4. 2. Provide information showing treatment volume will be available within 72 hours of storm event (21- 53.04, e.) 3.
