Indicate any proposed signage. No signs proposed 2. A dumpster pad is required and it must be screened from view by a six (6') foot high fence /wall in accordance with Volusia County Zoning Ordinance, Section 808.08. Will install pad without screening. 3. The easement language on the survey does not match the language in the easement deed. Will verify or change. 4. Provide proof of the existing Volusia County driveway connection and /or drainage connection permit(s). Cross access easement shows on survey. Will provide copy of easement. 5. Nineteen (19') feet is required the required length of the parking space measured to the wheelstop. The plans indicate seventeen and one -half (17.5') feet to the wheelstop. OK 6. Aisle width of the parking lot is not shown and must be at least twenty -four (24') in accordance with Volusia County Land Development Code, Appendix C. This requirement may necessitate the need for a joint use parking agreement. OK 7. If parking overflows to the property to the south, then a joint use parking agreement is required. Not needed 8. One (1) required loading space is required per Volusia County Zoning Ordinance, sections 810.06 and 408.02 (1). Will denote overhead door access as loading dock. 9. No second floor plans are submitted therefore review of egress from that level was not possible. Will provide 2. Fire wall on plans indicate a rating of four (4) hours but UL 465 is for a one (1) hour wall. Mislabeled, tenants separation needs 2hr firewall 3. Indicate the type of construction of the thirteen (13') foot overhangs at the end of each hangar. OK 4. Trench drains are show on the plans. Section 411.7.4 of the Florida Building Code requires oil separator on any type floor drains inside of a hangar. OK 5. Construction drawings shall comply with 2001, with 2003 revision, of the Florida Building Code for 120 MPH wind speed within the impact debris region. OK Fire - Rescue Department 1. It appears that the owners are Renzulli Properties, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company and Harold Brewer, therefore it must be ensured that Rodger Renzulli is authorized on behalf of Renzulli Properties to execute the documents submitted. Will show 2. Compliance with all City, County, State and Federal Requirements, including City of Edgewater's Code of Ordinances and Land Development Code. OK 3. The site plan should comply with all the encumbrances of record reflected on the Ownership and Encumbrance Search Report which reflects various easements and right of ways. OK 4.
