PLANNING DEPARTMENT
1. Show location of any specimen and /or historic trees, per Section 21- 163.02(b) of the City of
Edgewater Land Development Code.

BELLSOUTH must have 911 addressing for each lot prior to final engineering. I can not release the
Drawings for construction with out the 911 addressing.

alternatives
