Provide a copy of the SJRWMD permit for the project. Not required if under 1000sgft. impervious. 2. Indicate eventual stormWater outfall to a public conveyance. OK 3. Show any signage to be installed on site. OK Parking 1. All parking areas shall be curbed — wheel stops are not permitted. Remove the wheelstop detail from the plans. OK 2. The most southern parking space does not meet the requirements of Section 21- 57.02, Table V -7 and V -8. OK 3. The angled parking and aisle arrangement will not allow for circulation. Parking layout should conform to Section 21- 57.02. OK 4. Parking spaces are too narrow. OK — will clarify. 5. Stop sign and stop bar to be provided per Section 21- 57.02,1. OK — to DOT Specs. Landscaping 1. Seventeen (17) trees are required. The plans indicate only nine (9) trees. OK 2. Two hundred and thirty three (233) shrubs are required. The plans do not reflect this. OK — Can revise eliminating use of rear portion of lot. 3. In accordance with Section 21 -54.02 (e), shrubs shall be a "minimum of twenty four inches (24 ") in height immediately after planting. OK 4. In accordance with Section 21 -54.02 ( c), a note shall be provided on the plans indicating "all plant materials used in conformance with the requirements of this section shall be Florida Grade #1, as established, and periodically revised, by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs ". General note #9 — exclusive rights to dumpster service have not been awarded. RFPs are to go out next month. Darren will check with Terry on this. Stormwater 1. General note #3 — change to notify Public Works at 424 -2476. OK 2. General note #7 — Final inspection shall be done by the City's consulting engineer and the City's stormwater division. OK 3. Silt fencing may be required in the front of the property to prevent erosion onto the sidewalk. OK Other 1. All construction is to be done according to the City of Edgewater's Standard Construction Details. Add a note to the plan to indicate that trees "shall be a minimum of 2.5 inches measured six (6 ") above the soil line. OK 6. The south concrete approach may need to be removed per Section 21 -52.02 (f) and (k). OK 2. The north concrete approach may need to be reduced in width to better match with the proposed driveway per Section 21 -52.02 (k). OK Stormwater Management 1. A City stormwater permit is required per Section 21- 53.02. OK 2. Calculations should include treatment volume calculations per Section 21- 53.04. OK 3. Calculations should be revised to show existing shell /grass as pervious. Darren will check with David King on this. 4. Soil boring infiltration test information should be provided and used in the stormwater design/calculations.
