General
1. Provide a copy of the SJRWMD permit for the project.
Not required if under 1000sgft. impervious.

Parking
1. All parking areas shall be curbed — wheel stops are not permitted. Remove the
wheelstop detail from the plans.

2. The most southern parking space does not meet the requirements of Section 21-
57.02, Table V -7 and V -8.

3. The angled parking and aisle arrangement will not allow for circulation. Parking
layout should conform to Section 21- 57.02.

Landscaping
1. Seventeen (17) trees are required. The plans indicate only nine (9) trees.

this.

3. In accordance with Section 21 -54.02 (e), shrubs shall be a "minimum of twenty
four inches (24 ") in height immediately after planting.

4. In accordance with Section 21 -54.02 ( c), a note shall be provided on the plans
indicating "all plant materials used in conformance with the requirements of this
section shall be Florida Grade #1, as established, and periodically revised, by the
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs ".
