1. Indicate if any fill will occur in the 100 -year flood zone.

3. In accordance with Section 21 -52.02 (g), the driveway must line up with the
driveway across the street. Include with the relocation, a more gradual westward

Landscaping
1. Provide details of compliance with Volusia County tree protection standards (15%
of the square footage of any development shall be designated for the protection
must remain on site).

1. The required fire flow for this project is 750 gallons per minute.

2. Indicate the size of water line supplying the fire hydrant.

3. Do not locate the fire department connection (FDC) for the sprinkler system in the
collapse zone for the building (1.5 times the height of the building). If the FDC is
placed along the northwest property line, it will be located within 50 feet from the
fire hydrant that would be used to supply it.

4. A fire hydrant is indicated on the site in the southeast corner. Indicate if this will
be privately maintained or an easement provided for City maintenance.

1. A Volusia County Use permit will be required for the connection to Park Avenue.

1. The estimated SHGWT for boring P -3 appears not to be in line with the other two
borings estimated SHGWT. Applicant should address /clarify.

8. There is an eight -inch PVC water line on the south side of Park Avenue that
should be used for the fire line connection and the water line connection for the
building.

9. In a meeting with David Dacar, it was discussed that the sewer line should be
gravity flow to the existing system in the mobile home park. This is the preferred
route. Permission would need to be obtained from the owner of the park, as this is
a privately owned sewer system. If this is not feasible, the sizing of the pumps for
the Elks Lodge lift station will need to take into account the newly completed
Western Reserve Expansion system. This system is tied into the force main on
Park Avenue and will greatly increase the pressure in this line.
