General
1. Remove all references to seeding /mulching.

2. In order to verify compliance with height requirements, provide building
profile /elevations. This plan will also be used to verify compliance with
covenants and restrictions.

Department of Environmental Services
I. All infrastructure construction must comply with the most recent version of the
City of Edgewater Standard Construction Details.

2. The backflow prevention devices must be from the list of approved devices.
Verification of acceptable devices can be done by calling 386 - 424 -2460 or
visiting the Department of Environmental Services located at 115 East Park
Avenue.

3. The water lines should be separate from the fire line.

4. The hose bib serving the dumpster area as proposed is not metered. While the
City does not charge for fire protection, free service is not allowed per City code.
In addition, the location of this service is of concern when the dumpster is being
dumped. This could become a maintenance issue each time the dumpster is
serviced.

Building Department
1. Construction drawings accepted after October 1, 2005 shall comply with the 2004
Florida Building Codes for 120 mph wind speed within the impact debris region.

2. Plans indicate 21,6000 square foot metal building with a 25 foot front set back
and a 20 foot north and south setback to property lines. Table 600 (Florida
Building Code) will require a minimum fire resistance of the exterior walls to be 1
hour. The plan also shows a rear setback of 10 feet to the railroad right of way.
Table 600 will require a 2 -hour exterior wall. Tenant separations will require a
minimum of 2 hours depending on type of use.

3. The use of the structure for other than storage will require a fire sprinkler system
per Table 500 (Florida Building Code).

Legal Department
1. The Title Insurance Commitment submitted from First American Title reflects the
proposed insured is Alton Industries, Inc. This is a title commitment, not a title
policy or an O &E. When this property was closed, the owner was given a title
insurance policy. That document needs to be submitted reflecting the current
owner.
