General
1. Clarify elevation of structure D -4.

2. Provide building elevation to verify compliance with height requirements.

1. Clarify areas of parking lot to be curbed. It does not appear to meet the requirements of
Section 21 -54.03 (b).

Landscaping
1. In order to verify compliance with landscaping requirements, provide four copies of
landscape plans.

Building Department
1. Construction drawings accepted after October 1, 2005 shall comply with the 2004 Florida
Building Codes for 120 MPH wind speed within the impact debris region.

Fire - Rescue Department
1. The required fire flow for this project is 1250 gallons per minute.

2. A fire hydrant is required within 500 feet of the most remote area of the building in
accordance with Section 21- 250.04 (c).

1. The plans should include a note stating "All construction shall be in conformance with
the City of Edgewater Land Development Code and Standard Construction Details,

Utilities
1. The proposed on -site 4" and 8" water extensions may be deleted in lieu of new
taps /connections on south half of property.

2. A VCHD permit for the water main construction is required.

3. A City standard sewer cleanout should be provided at right -of -way if not already existing.

Vehicle/Pedestrian Circulation
1. Provide additional spot elevation marks at doorway, ramps, changes of level and along
assessable route from H/C parking in order to confirm ADA requirements compliance.

Stormwater management
1. Grading plan should be revised to include modified proposed contour lines showing
correct relation to existing contour lines (especially at retaining swales).

2. A copy of SJRWMD permit must be provided. This must be included in the SJRWMD
permit record binders for the Parktowne Industrial Center.

Department of Environmental Services
1. The City of Edgewater's Standard Details have been updated and are now available on
the City's website. Please revise accordingly.

3. A valve on the four -inch (4 ") water service line after the two -inch (2 ") water service
lateral will be necessary to ensure water quality until the next phase occurs.

4. If the purpose of the stabilized area (shell laydown) area is to be used for parking, it must
be paved. If it is to be used for outdoor storage, then screening in accordance with
Section 21 -36.03 is required.
OK — the entire property will be fenced, but area "B " of ParkTowne does not required outdoor
storage to be screened from view.
The applicant wishes to store equipment on site during construction, Mr. Lear asked for a
letter verifying the request to include the time frame.
