In order to calculate the required number of parking spaces, please provide the total number of employees on the largest shift. OK 3. No comment SP 0609 — Trinity Materials Technical Review Committee Minutes May 23, 2006 City engineer (Kathleen Gierok — Gierok Engineering, Inc.) 1. All projects that qualify for an FDEP -NPDES permit pursuant to CH 62 -621, F.A.C. shall provide copies of the Notice of Intent and all attachments (e.g. SWPPP, Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan) to the Planning Department as part of the site review process. Notice prior to issuance of building permit 2. The maximum permissible slope of any new site grading is 3:1 (horizontal: vertical). It appears that the grade between proposed site perimeter grades and existing grades is greater than 3:1 (graphically). Please verify. No comment 3. Engineering Calculations and Data for the onsite stormwater system designed in accordance with DEP Document 62- 621.300(3)(a) is considered to exceed what is required by the City for this site and therefore was not reviewed for correctness. However, a copy of the DEP /SJRWMD permit(s) shall be provided to the Planning Department prior to the issuance of development order or any construction permits. No comment 4. Please revise the dumpster pad on the plans and the detail on sheet 8 to conform to the minimum dimensions and specifications required by the City's SCD (re: Detail M -13). Developer shall confirm with the City, maneuverability and accessibility of the dumpster location. 12X20 pad 5. All disturbed, unused and non - landscaped land areas including areas planned for future expansion or other purposes shall be sodded. Please revise Paving and Drainage Notes to remove reference(s) to seeding and mulching and state that all disturbed areas to be sodded. No comment 6. Depth of cover measured to the top of pipe (not including the bell joint) shall be a minimum of 1 -foot. Deviation from this requirement may be allowed by increasing the pipe's structural capacity, which must be specified on the plans, shop drawings, and as- builts. The estimated top of pipe elevation for the proposed culvert crossing at the driveway is 7.5t. Estimated pavement grade at the culvert crossing is elev. 8.15± (clearance= 0.65'). Revise plans accordingly. No comment 7. Revise sheet C -4 to give instruction and graphically show driveway connection to existing grade at back of curb instead of edge of pavement. Talk to Katie about leaving this alone. (Engineer) 8. Please provide a site data table on the plans including required and actual data for off - street parking (regular and handicapped), pervious /impervious area, building areas and uses (manufacturing, office, warehouse, etc.), and site setbacks. No comment 9. Please add a provision to the plans for the soil tracking prevention (in general accordance with FDOT standards) at the proposed construction entrance /exit. DEP Department of Environmental Services 1. Sheet C -5: Erosion and Sediment Control Note #2 should say "City" acceptance. No comment 2.
