1. Provide site data information on cover sheet to include existing and proposed
pervious /impervious area.

2. Per Section 21- 54.02(f) indicate that all disturbed areas shall be sodded.

3. Per Section 21- 54.03(b) Wheel stops are permitted only when certain stormwater
system conditions warrant their use. Remove wheel stop located at handicapped
space.

and which will remain.
5. Revise planting schedule to indicate that shrubs will meet the minimum height
requirement of 24 inches.
Fire - Rescue Department
1. The required fire flow for this project is 1500 GPM.

5. Retention pond overflow weir should discharge to a public stormwater conveying
system, not to neighboring lot.
