1. Correct Site Data Note #8 on sheet C -5 to reflect correct maximum allowed
building height of 45'.

2. Per Section 21- 52.02(13)(c) indicate on the Site Plan the driveway distance from
the intersection of local streets.

3. Per Section 21- 52.04(a) sidewalks shall be required on both sides of streets in all
new development projects and redevelopment projects. In lieu of sidewalk
installation, funds may be paid to the Pedestrian System Development Fund.

1. Wheel stops are not allowed unless certain stormwater conditions warrant
their use. Please supply the condition or remove from the plans.

2. There has been discussion concerning the stormwater for this complex with
permission from the apartment complex owner being needed. Further
discussion can be done at the TRC.

3. The sewer system was inspected and is available for connection where shown
if the apartment complex is in agreement as this is a private line. However, it
seems that wyes can be used rather than individual connections to the line.
4. A meter bank should be used rather than the meters being in the concrete area.
Reduced pressure backflows will be required and the placement of these
backflows will be a possible concern for line breakage at the point of
connection as shown on the plans.

5. Further permitting will be required from St. Johns River Water Management
District, an NPDES permit and sewer collection system from the Florida
Department of Environmental Protection, and a water line permit from the
Department of Health.
