Landscape
1. Per Section 21 -54.02 [fl Indicate that all disturbed areas shall be sodded.

8. Under the coordination with County and Utilities section, number seven needs
to have my telephone number changed to 424 -2476.
9. Under testing requirements, number five; water lines need to be pressure tested
for four hours.
10. Irrigation from potable water is highly discouraged due to cost to the customer.
Installing irrigation well is recommended.
11. The City's Land Development Code does not allow wheel stops unless certain
storm water conditions exist that warrant their use. Please explain reason or
delete from plan.
Building Department
1. Tenant separations between units shall be 1 -hour fire rated assemblies.
