Per Section 21 -54.02 [fl Indicate that all disturbed areas shall be sodded. OK 2. Removal of historic trees { Those listed in Section 21 -55.06 that reach 36 inches} must be approved by City Council per Section 21- 55.05. THERE ARE 2 HISTORIC TREES ON SITE, IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO SAVE ONE (36') BUT ONE (48') WILL REQUIRE REMOVAL. MUST GO BEFORE CITY COUNCIL FOR PERMIT 3. Per Section 21- 55.07, 50% of the existing on site historic and specimen trees must be protected. THIS MA Y NOT BE POSSIBLE, MITIGA TION MA Y BE REQUIRED 4. Fifteen percent of the square footage of any development shall be designated for tree protection per Section 21- 55.08. Indicate compliance on revised plans. No trees may be disturbed in this area. City may desire wall to be offset from Live Oak Street right of way more than the proposed 1' offset. N/A Department of Environmental Services 1. New 6" fire hydrant and relocating the 6" water main. Proper procedures need to be followed for relocating 6' water main on U.S. 1. a. Isolation of water main for tie in. OK b. Implemented with minimum inconvenience for customers and employees. Under the coordination with County and Utilities section, number seven needs to have my telephone number changed to 424 -2476. 9. Under testing requirements, number five; water lines need to be pressure tested for four hours. 10. Irrigation from potable water is highly discouraged due to cost to the customer. Installing irrigation well is recommended. 11. The City's Land Development Code does not allow wheel stops unless certain storm water conditions exist that warrant their use. Please explain reason or delete from plan. Building Department 1. Tenant separations between units shall be 1 -hour fire rated assemblies. OK 2. Construction Drawings received after October 1, 2008 must comply with the FBC 2007 Code and the NEC 2008. OK 3. Corner unit may need another rear exit due to travel distance.
