3. The ingress /egress easement will need to be dedicated as a utility casement
also for maintenance of the six-inch water line.

4. The water meter needs to be at the property line with a reduced pressure
backflow device.

5. There is only a two (2 ") water line along the front of the property on the
east side of Mango Tree Drive. The six inch line proposed will need to be
extended from approximately 200 feet from the north on Lime Tree Drive.
The six-inch line ends at the last house from Woodrick Subdivision. In
addition, it is recommended to extend the six-inch water line south under the
driveway to prevent any damage to the driveway at a later date for extension
of this water line.

responsible for technical accuracy, engineering judgment, and quality of work.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to assure compliance with all applicable codes
and standards prior to the project being issued a certificate of occupancy.
