1. The French Drain (exfiltration system) needs to be inspected and, if necessary,
cleaned to ensure that the integrity is in intact. If needed, the French Drain needs to
be cleaned.

1. The plans should include a note, stating "All construction shall be in conformance
with the City of Edgewater Land Development Code (LDC) and Standard
