Before the Board discussed the Home Improvement /Handyman License further, Electrical Inspector Frank Conrey brought more information to the Board regarding a complaint at a home in Edgewater where work had been done by unlicensed contractors. He went through his report citing numerous violations and hazards and passed pictures of the violations out to the Board.
