a. RZ-0510 — Scott Tobin, requesting an amendment to the Official Zoning Map to include
30.01± acres of land located north of Jones Fish Camp Road and east of US Highway 1 as
RPUD (Residential Planned Unit Development).
5. NEW BUSINESS- PUBLIC HEARING
a. RZ-0409 — Robert E. Jalbert requesting an amendment to the Official Zoning Map to
include 1.15± acres of land located at 3208 Eels Grove Road as RT (Rural Transitional).
b. AN-0514 — Anthony and Melissa Lancellotta requesting annexation of .9± acres of land
located at 2923 Oak Trail. Continue to 1-11-06 Meeting.
c. AN -0515 — Arthur G. Gardiner, Sr., requesting annexation of 82.33± acres of land located
south of Taylor Road. Continue to 1-11-06 Meeting.
d. DA-0501 — Coral Trace Associates requesting an amendment to the RPUD Agreement for
the Coral Trace subdivision.
e. SD-0505 — Coral Trace Associates, requesting a preliminary replat approval of the Coral
Trace subdivision, adding 22 lots to be known as Coral Trace Phase II.
f. VA-0515 — James Morris, Esq., requesting a variance from Articles IV and V of the City
of Edgewater Land Development Code to allow the construction of a single-family
residence on property located at 1505 S. Riverside Drive.
g. VA-0514 — Sharon Herbert, requesting a variance from Articles IV and V of the City of
Edgewater Land Development Code to allow the construction of a swimming pool and
gazebo at 427 N. Riverside Drive. Continue to 1-11-06 Meeting.
