Use Map to include 9.91± of land located south of 35 Street as Low Density Residential with
Conservation Overlay.
c. RZ -0512 — Marcia Barnett, requesting an amendment to the Official Zoning Map to include 9.91±
acres of land located south of 35 Street as R -3 (Single Family Residential).
d. CPA -0507 — David Lind, requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use

i. CPA -0510 — Rodney Jones, requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land
Use Map to include .68± acres of land located at 1155 Old Mission Road as Medium Density

j. VA -0405 — Dennis and Deborah Carvalho, requesting a variance from Section 21- 42.05(e) and 21-
50.02 (Table V -1) to construct a single- family residence on a vacant lot between 17 and 19 Pelican
