C. RZ -0309 - Jeff Gove, authorized agent for Andre Berard, owner, requesting an amendment to the Official Zoning Map from Volusia County R -4W (Urban Single Family Residential) to City R -1 (Single Family Residential) for approximately 1.01 acres of property located at 118 Poinciana Road.
