approximately 1.01 acres of property located at 118 Poinciana Road.
B. CPA -0305 — Jeff Gove, authorized agent for Andre Berard, owner, requesting the
Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map amendment from Volusia County Urban Medium
Density to City Low Density Residential with Conservation Overlay for approximately 1.01
acres of property located at 118 Poinciana Road.
C. RZ -0309 - Jeff Gove, authorized agent for Andre Berard, owner, requesting an amendment to
the Official Zoning Map from Volusia County R -4W (Urban Single Family Residential) to
City R -1 (Single Family Residential) for approximately 1.01 acres of property located at 118
Poinciana Road.
D. VA — 0310 — Skip Roberts, authorized agent for Allen Baisley, owner, requesting a variance
from Section 21 -50.02 (Table V -1, Site Dimensions) to allow a rear setback of eight (8) feet
