CPA -0304 — Dupuis and Jacobs at Edgewater LLC, owners requesting a Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map amendment from Volusia County Urban Medium Density to City Low Density Residential for 6.82± acres of property located east of US Highway 1, south of Hibiscus Road, and west of Poinciana Road. RZ -0308 — Dupuis and Jacobs at Edgewater LLC, owners requesting an Official Zoning Map amendment from Volusia County R -4W (Urban Single Family Residential) and B -4W (General Commercial) to City RPUD (Residential Planned Unit Development) for 6.82± acres of property located east of US Highway 1, south of Hibiscus Road, and west of Poinciana Road.
