Roswitha Maverty requesting the Board amend their conditions placed on approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor storage in the B -2 (Neighborhood
Business) zoning district at property located at India Palm Drive and 31 Street.

A. AN -0303 — Dupuis and Jacobs at Edgewater, LLC requesting annexation of 6.82±
acres of property located east of US Highway 1, south of Hibiscus Road, and west
of Poinciana Road.
B. CPA -0304 — Dupuis and Jacobs at Edgewater LLC, owners requesting a
Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map amendment from Volusia County Urban
Medium Density to City Low Density Residential for 6.82± acres of property located
east of US Highway 1, south of Hibiscus Road, and west of Poinciana Road.
C. RZ -0308 — Dupuis and Jacobs at Edgewater LLC, owners requesting an Official
Zoning Map amendment from Volusia County R -4W (Urban Single Family
Residential) and B -4W (General Commercial) to City RPUD (Residential Planned
Unit Development) for 6.82± acres of property located east of US Highway 1, south
of Hibiscus Road, and west of Poinciana Road.
D. AN -0302 — Dupuis and Jacobs at Edgewater LLC, authorized agent for Greg and
Rose Hoffman, owners, requesting annexation of 1.46± acres of property located at
3725 US Highway 1.
E. CPA -0303 - Dupuis and Jacobs at Edgewater LLC, authorized agent for Greg and
Rose Hoffman, owners, requesting a Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map
amendment from Volusia County Commercial to City Commercial for 1.46± acres of
property located at 3725 US Highway 1.
F. RZ -0307 - Dupuis and Jacobs at Edgewater LLC, authorized agent for Greg and Rose
Hoffman, owners, requesting an Official Zoning Map amendment from Volusia
County B -4W (General Commercial) to City B -3 (Highway Commercial) for 1.46±
