2. VA -0213 — Larry Gross, authorized agent, requesting variance from Section 21 -50
Table V -1, (minimum lot dimensions) to create a nonconforming lot, being 79.8 foot
in lieu of the required 100'x120' for property located at 510 S. Riverside Drive
