5. VA-0111 — Carol Grasso, owner, is seeking a variance from Section 21 -50.02 — Table
V -1 requesting a ten -foot variance from the required 25 -foot side yard setback for the
construction of a tanning and nail salon on a 73 -foot wide lot. The property is located
at 324 North Ridgewood Avenue.
