PUBLIC HEARING
1. CU-0001 — Marjorie Rector, owner, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for property
located at 1822 Hibiscus Drive, to operate a Daycare Center.
2. VA -0010 - John and Judith Weiss, owners, requesting a variance from the required 12
inches above Base Flood Elevation, and a variance from the required 10 foot side setback.
