A. VA -0008 — James and Amanda Boren, owners, seeking a variance from the required 15
foot side setback (for a 2 -story home) to 11 feet 9 inches, for property located East of
Riverside Drive and approximately 125 feet South of Thomas Street.

inches from the required 12 -inch elevation above Base Flood Elevation, to build an addition
