Riverside Drive
Mr. & Mrs. Heeb, owners of property located at 115 N. Riverside Drive are requesting a
variance from the requirements of Section 602.02.(4)(2) of the zoning ordinance to allow
an encroachment into the required setbacks to erect a steel carport.
5. PUBLIC HEARING VA -0496 - Holiday Builders. Lots 3226. 3227. 3228 &
south one -half of lot 3229
Holiday Builders, owner of lots located on the southeast corner of Needle Palm Drive &
Indian River Boulevard, is requesting a variance from Section 602.03(d)(3) of the zoning
ordinance to construct a residence on a nonconforming lot.
6. PUBLIC HEARING VA -0596 - Holiday Builders. Northern one - half of lot
1557. & lots 1558, 1559 & 1560
Holiday Builders, owner of lots located on the northwest corner of Orange Tree Drive &
Indian River Boulevard, is requesting a variance from Section 602.03(d)(3) of the zoning
ordinance to construct a residence on a nonconforming lot.
