NEW BUSINESS: 6. AN -0594 - IOVIIK Chevron, Tropical Chevron Denise & Khaled Koleilat are requesting annexation of their property located at 3336 W. Indian River Boulevard into the City. 7. ZA -9402 - Edgewater United Methodist Church. 211 N. Ridgewood Avenue Mr. Schweizer, authorized agent for the Edgewater United Methodist Church is requesting an amendment to the text of the zoning ordinance to allow free standing religious symbols to exceed height limits imposed on signs.
