Alamanda Drive, Indian River Boulevard
Donnie Williams requests combining the parking plans for the library
and Help -U -Sell of S.E. Volusia.
6. SITE PLAN, SP- 8821, Neptune Lounge, Corner of U.S.1 and
E. Knapp Avenue
William Perry requests adding a walk -in cooler.

Luis Geil request amendment to convenience store and mini -

11. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT, Paint Production Business in I -1
and I -2 zoning district
Kevin Schweizer, Integrated Design Group, for Coronado Paint,
to allow paint production business in I -1 and I -2 districts.
12. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT, Restaurants in the I -1 district
Land Development and Regulatory Agency recommended that
restaurants be allowed in the I -1 district as a permitted
use on Park Avenue only. City Manager has returned rec-
ommendation to the Agency for further review.
13. DRAFT LETTER from Nancy Blazi to City Manager and Council
Draft letter being presented for review by Agency regarding
alleged code enforcement violations prior to forwarding to
City Manager and Council.
14. DRAFT ORDINANCE 88 -0 -32
Amending section 606.04, B -5 Planning Shopping Center District,
to allow Indoor Flea Markets as a special exception.
15. DRAFT ORDINANCE 88-0 -
Amending sections 200.00, 606.02 (a) (d), and 606.04(c),
Outdoor Display.

Adopting a new policy regarding the vacating of Rights -of -way.
