(675), HARRIS, B.S. (668) Suspect Hate 1 Bias Motivated: None(No bias) NARRATIVE On Saturday, 10-02-2010, I responded to 2415 Needle Palm Drive, in reference to a residential burglary. The alarm code was for the garage door activation. Upon arrival,my investigation revealed the following chain of events. Zane Fuller,the owner of the residence,accidentally set off the alarm while disarming it. Z. Fuller stated that he forgot to send the cancel code,to the alarm company. There was no suspicious activity,and the alarm was cancelled. Z. Fuller does not have a city permit for the alarm. Z. Fuller was advised how to obtain the permit,and advised that he would get one within the week.
