Code Enforcement Board ordered and requested that the City of Edgewater furnished the labor,

#100, P. O. Box 24737, West Palm Beach, FL. The City hereby claims a lien in the amount of FIVE
HUNDRED dollars and 00 /100 ($500.00) plus interest in the amount of six (6) percent per annum
from the date the bill for services was rendered, filing fees, and any other costs incurred by the City.
