ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND
RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the
vacation of certain realty within Florida Shores Unit No. 1, and has
given due public notice to affected property owners therein,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the City of Edgewater does vacate its interest
in Alamanda Drive as now laid out south of Indian River Boulevard,
same being easterly of and contiguous to lots 1 through 18, inclusive,
Block 1, Florida Shores Unit No. 1, as'per Map Book 23, page 57, Public
Records of Volusia County, Florida.
SECTION 2. That the City does vacate and release its interest
in an easement or alleyway which exists West of lots 1 through 18,
inclusive, and east of lots 25 through 40, inclusive, Block 1, Florida
Shores Unit No. 1, as -per -Map Book 23, page 57, Public Records of
Volusia County, Florida.
SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and Re-
solutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law.
The first reading of the above Ordinance was read in full and
passed by vote of the City Council of'the City of Edgewater, Florida,
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 11"F day of I:a-ryqr
_, 1982, and approved as provided by law.
