Code Enforcement Board ordered and requested that the City of Edgewater furnished the labor,

Sabal Palm Drive, Edgewater, FL 32141. The City hereby claims a lien in the amount of FOUR
HUNDRED EIGHTY -TWO dollars and 50/100 ($482.50) plus interest in the amount of six (6)
percent per annum from the date the bill for services was rendered, filing fees, and any other costs
incurred by the City.
