OR 3260, PG 0855 in the public records of Volusia County, Florida (Property
location: 3310 India Palm Drive, Edgewater, FL), Parcel #8402 -01 -08 -3260.
The record owners are ARNOLD D. & WENDY M. FIELD, 4195 Cushman Drive,
Mims, FL 32754.
The City hereby claims a lien in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED ELEVEN AND 41/100
dollars ($511.41), plus interest in the amount of seven percent (7 %) per annum from the date the
utility bill was rendered, filing fees, and any other costs incurred by the City.
